For bulk orders, 30% minimum deposit is required upfront; the remaining 70% must be paid in full when delivery is made. The title to the goods shall remain with LEJEN PTE LTD until the customer has paid for the goods in full. In the case when the balance remains unpaid, we have the right to take back the item. All deposits collected are non-refundable.

Please note that products made in non-standard colours will require additional charges, which we have stated upfront.

All products will be charged in SGD. We accept payment through Paypal and all major credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, and Union Pay. Cheque payment will be accepted for bulk orders. Please contact us for more information.

All published prices are subject to change without prior notice. All published prices are subject to 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST) and will be included upon check out.


We currently deliver to anywhere in Singapore. We welcome orders from overseas, please contact us for more information.

As each piece is made to order, please allow up to 6 to 8 weeks upon ordering for delivery to be complete. The exact time frame of delivery will be subject to confirmation.

We process all orders within 24hrs after an order is made. For orders after 3pm on Friday and over the weekend, they will be processed on the next working day, which will be on Monday. Orders made on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery charge of SGD60 per trip will apply with orders below SGD1500.

For non-lift accessible floors, please note the charge of SGD10 extra per item and will be collected when delivery is complete. This fee applies to stairs within landed property or penthouse or HDB maisonette flats.

Delivery timings may vary due to weather and/or traffic conditions, so we ask for your understanding on this matter. We don’t compensate for missed deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances but we will deliver at the next available date.

We will not be held responsible for late shipment due to unforeseen circumstances and will offer no compensation. Arrival dates are used as estimates as we will inform you of the actual delivery dates, as we know it. For late shipment or no stocks, you can choose to change an item or get a refund.

As we would have confirmed delivery prior, please let us know 3 days in advance should changes need to be made or you will incur SGD40 postponement fee.

You can choose to self-collect between 10am to 4pm (Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays) at the showroom.



An authorised personnel or the buyer must be present at the time of delivery to inspect the item(s). If the item is flawed during delivery, you have grounds to reject the order and we will reschedule a return (and exchange in some circumstances) for the item, with the exception of sale items.

If you found the flaw after accepting the delivery, please contact us at support@snuglifestyle.com.sg within 24 hours and we will be in touch within 24 hours. We ask that you provide photo/video evidence for us to expedite the return.

We will not accept return/exchange/refund of furniture as result of misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear and incorrect self-assembly.



If the furniture is used normally but damaged due to manufacturer’s defect, we will replace or repair the furniture at our discretion. This is a one-year warranty from date of delivery.

All liability claims against LEJEN PTE LTD is strictly limited to the price of the item purchased. LEJEN PTE LTD will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever that may be caused as a result of material inaccuracy, error or omission.

We reserve the right to charge storage fees for furniture purchases held more than 2 weeks after the agreed delivery date. Charges will range from SGD5 per day, per item. The same fees apply for self-collect purchases, as item(s) must be collected within 3 weeks after a purchase has been made.


No Show

If you do not collect purchased items after 6 months, this will be deemed as void and no refund will be given.

1 Information collection

1.1 In order to provide a better service to you, we may collect and process the following data about you:

This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information at other times, for example in connection with a promotion or when you report a problem with our site;

(b) if you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence;

(c) we may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them;

(d) details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfilment of your orders;

1.2 We only retain personal data for so long as it is necessary. Data may be archived as long as the purpose for which the data was used still exists.

2 Uses made of the information

(a)  your name, contact details (including address, contact number, email address), products and services information, transaction pattern and behaviour, background and demographic data held by us from time to time may be used by us in direct marketing;

(b)  the following classes of services, products and subjects may be marketed in direct marketing:

(i)  services and products related to our site and/or our affiliates (including marketing affiliates programs we are a part of);

(ii)  reward, loyalty or privileges programmes, promotional offers and related services; and

(iii)  invitations to events such as seminars/webinars/tele-seminars, conferences, live programs or events.

(c)  We may conduct direct marketing via fax, email, direct mail, telephone and other means of communication or send e-newsletters to you. You may choose not to receive promotional materials, by simply telling us (see below for contact details), and we will cease to do so, without charge.

(b) our overseas offices, affiliates, business partners and counterparts (if any);

5 Security

5.1  All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

5.2  Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk and you agree not to hold us responsible for any breach of security while accessing the internet that is out of our control. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

6  Third party websites

Our website may contain links to other sites (the “Linked Sites”). We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of such other Linked Sites. We encourage our users to be aware when leaving our website to read the privacy policies or statements of each Linked Site that collects your personal data.
